Former sugar factory converted into a beautiful museum, which traces the history of sugar in Mauritius and explains its production from the technical facilities remains. The museum is fun; there are lots of games for children. Do not miss.
The small road leading to the museum was nice to go; shady trees and flowering plants, allowing us to enjoy the dragon fruits. And then crossing the garden to the museum. As a couple, we were able to freely follow the entire route.

The plant was used until the 1970s to transport bags of sugar in the port. Today you can see how the wharves were discovered and their importance to Mauritius.
